How To Preserve Your Bouquet

One of the most important parts of planning a wedding is to preserve your bouquet. You want to make sure that no damage is done, and that you and your guests are able to enjoy it for many years to come. You can also hire the bouquet preservation service online.

What flowers are best for preservation?

Flowers can be preserved in a number of ways, but the most common is freezing. Fresh flowers can be frozen either whole or in water droplets. To freeze flowers, place them in an airtight container and then freeze. Once frozen, transfer the flowers to a plastic bag and seal it shut. Flowers can last for up to six months in this format.

Another method of preservation is using a dehydrator. Place the flowers on trays and turn them every few hours so that they are evenly dried. The flowers will take about two days to dehydrate completely. Once they are dry, store them in an airtight container.

The final method of preservation is by making floral ice cubes. Fill a large glass with water and add the flowers. Freeze for about two hours, or until the ice cubes are solid. Then remove the cubes and store them in an airtight container.
